Power Flow.
Strong, vigorous practice. Fast paced.
HOT and NOT HOT. Move with intention and rhythm to build strength, flexibility and boost metabolism. This vinyasa class uses both moments of fluid movement to elevate the heart rate, balanced with longer holds to help you explore the poses + deepen your practice. Creative sequencing. A more intense practice.
Yoga experience needed. Perfect for students wanting more of a challenge.

Vinyasa Flow.
Strengthening practice at a steady pace.
This vinyasa based class uses both moments of fluid movement and longer holds to help you explore the poses and your yoga practice. Move at a more moderate pace than our power flow classes.
Some yoga experience recommended. -
Vinyasa Flow Plus.
Challenging practice at a steady pace.
This vinyasa based class uses both moments of fluid movement and longer holds to help you explore the poses and your yoga practice. Opportunities to practice arm balances, inversions and variations. This class focused on building strength and creating length.

50/50.
Moderate pace, all-levels.
The perfect combination of work and recovery! The first half of class moves through a moderately paced vinyasa sequence to create strength and length in the body. In the second half we move to restorative poses to stretch, decompress and recover! It’s a great feel-good class.

Yoga Sculpt.
Cardio + strength. Fast paced.
Looking to spice up your routine? Yoga sculpt is a yoga inspired workout using light weights, cardio bursts, and traditional yoga poses to create a fun, upbeat, and energizing class. This is a rhythmic workout that’s sure to make you sweat. Come prepared to work!

Yoga Basics + Beyond.
Gentle, all-levels.
Perfect if you’re looking to learn the poses and foundations of the yoga practice. If you’re brand new to yoga and not sure where to start, this class is for you. We'll move at a mindful pace through all the movements and poses you'll encounter in a class so you can build strength, confidence and flexibility.
Even seasoned yogis can find something great in this class. We'll go beyond the foundations as well so there is the perfect practice for everyone in the room. Class size is small to allow for personalized attention.

Perfect for all levels. Mindfully connect your breath with your movement in this slower-paced class with long stretches, moments of holding poses and plenty of verbal guidance.

Restorative.
Gentle, stretch and stress-relief focused.
Deeply relaxing for your body + mind, this class is meant to leave you feeling free of tension. With the aid of props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets + straps, we’ll work through a slow, gentle practice with long holds in supported poses. Brings balance, stretches the body + aids recovery.
No yoga experience necessary. Perfect for all levels.

Alignment, tension relief, gentle pace. 50 MIN.
Need a mid-day reset? This is your class. This class is alignment focused and moves at a very mindful pace. Release tension, stretch, and balance the body through a gentle paced practice. Minimal chaturangas / not flow focused.

Kundalini
Strong breath + energy practice with some movement.
A unique and intention driven practice through gentle movement then meditation, mudras, and mantras. These practices focuses on releasing tension from the body, mind, and spirit with the goal of getting more connected to your true nature. Combining meditation, sound, mudras, simple and precise movements, and breathing in specific patterns to create a specific intention or effect. It’s a powerful combo practice you’re sure to love.
No experience required.

Athletes R+R.
Restorative, stress-relief, all stretch focused, no vinyasa.
Recover, realign and reset your body. For all our athletes - from the elite competitor to the couch surfer finding movement.
This class is all about prevention, recovery and getting deep into your muscles and joints. Long, slow movements help release built up stiffness, meant to flush the muscles and get into the fascia. After a short warming period, expect long holds, slow stretches leaving you relaxed, refreshed and ready for your next day of training. Cyclist, cross fitter, runner or just extra tight and tense? Add THIS to your training plan!
Much of the class is done on the floor. No yoga experience required. Perfect for all levels.

Vigorous, rhythmic, intense practice. Good for energy release.
Primal Flow blends dynamic vinyasa flow with mandala sequencing and bursts of primal movement to ground your energy and teach you to tap into the deepest parts of yourself. This class is a meditation in motion that will build your confidence, connection + strength. It's the best aspects of power vinyasa with a little extra FUN - meant to release tension, realign your body + build strength.

Join us for this guided meditation, perfect for new and experienced practitioners. Each session has a theme + a specific breath/visualization practice meant to help you navigate mindset, stress and daily life with more ease.

This vinyasa class uses parts of the Ashtanga Primary Series to create a strong and fluid practice. A moderately paced practice will challenge you in different ways than our power + vinyasa classes.

Ashtanga.
Challenging. Great for strength and focus.
Move through a strong, balanced sequence of sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, seated folds and twists, backbends and inversions. Most poses are held for five or more breaths. A great class to deepen your yoga practice.
Yoga experience is recommended.
