Self care doesn’t need to only be a solo activity… mix up your routine and make your next coffee with friends a wellness service instead!

Boost wellbeing, catch up on the latest of life… all while blissing out in the sauna. Two person sessions (up to 45 minutes) are a great way to create a next level wellbeing experience. All you need is a towel, water and your favorite friend!

$70 for 45 minutes

Need more spa time than just the sauna? If you want to extend your friend date, we also recommend combining with the healing mat + compression boots. Each attendee can rotate through a 30 minute session, spending a total of two hours in our treatment room.
