Mental health + wellness is important for everyone.
No matter your age or situation, having a few practical tools at your disposal can make all the difference in how you navigate stress, challenges and show up in your life.
We all experience moments of difficulty. We also have times of great joy. Being able to cultivate greater mental and emotional wellness ensures you can move through challenge with grace and really be able to appreciate the good times.
Mindfulness, meditation and movement practices such as yoga can arm you with the tools to live a more fulfilling, enjoyable life. BUT our brains love to respond in habitual ways. It’s easy to seek the negative, or get stuck in a mental spiral of thoughts and not be sure what to DO to change the situation.
For us, creating small, habitual changes and learning a few super simple tools can arm you with what you need to bring balance to your mind + gain greater control of your mindset. These simple tools can make moving through challenge more graceful, can help you feel more empowered in your choices, your performance + how you show up to your daily life.
From stress and anxiety to being totally present for joy, learning about how your mind responds in any moment + having a concrete tool to manage that is a game changer.

SIMPLE TIPS + TRICKS
We start with two basics! Notice how you’re feeing and what you’re experiencing. Becoming aware helps to create an action plan of what can help move you forward. Then, set up small rituals or routines in your daily life to shift your mindset and create an undercurrent of happiness, no matter what the day to day experiences are!
A few of our faves:
a morning routine like a candle or smelling an oil, taking a moment to sit queitly (reflect, meditate or assess), read and MOVE! Watering a plant, caring for your pet or simply getting your feet in the grass can make a huge shift!
A FEW PRACTICES TO GET YOU STARTED
Using your BREATH to shift your mind. Super easy, super accessible and something you can do anytime or anywhere!
Then, try a BODY SCAN to get out of your head + reconnect to your body. In times of challenge, this is a great practice to shift your awareness and help you regain control of your mind.
