Have you been wishing for the time and space to take a retreat and escape the ordinary? Need an energetic reset or wanting to find greater connection with your body + mind? Join us at Elawa Farm for a morning of powerful movement, energetics and a deep reset to start the summer!

We'll capture the powerful energy of change and  enjoy a yoga session in the hay bard, a deeply clearing + energizing sound bath, a guided reflection/intention exercise and guided walk through the savannah.

Bring a yoga mat, wrap or blanket, walking shoes + layers. We'll be using both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Gourmet lunch provided.
