So what does a mini retreat actually look like? We try to create a rhythmic flow your body can follow to find healing. We start with a vinyasa practice to strengthen, stretch and activate the body. Once we’ve gotten out of our heads, we move into a short reflection exercise examining what you want to celebrate in your life and what could use a shift. Then we take time to reset and energize. Through a guided sound bath a meditation, we use bowls, instruments, chimes and more to peel away the layers of stress and tension in your physical and energetic body. The constant wash of these instruments then serves to shift your energy uplift you… the perfect transition to a gourmet lunch and time connecting to nature.
